Araldite® GY 280

Araldite® GY 280 by Huntsman is a low viscosity solution of BPA epoxy resin in xylene. Used in the exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), structural assembly, battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting, and encapsulating assembly.

• It is a semi-solid grade with uncured glass transition temperature of -4 to 0°C.
• Its actual performance depends on the hardener used or the binders with which it is used.
• Exhibits convenient viscosity and low solvent retention by cured films.
• Provides outstanding mechanical properties and chemical resistance.
