KURARAY LBR-305

KURARAY LBR-305 by Kuraray is butadiene homopolymer rubber. It functions as a reactive plasticizer. It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, IR, IIR, SBR and BR. It reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. It improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures. It results in a product with lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds physical properties. KURARAY LBR-305 is commonly used in automotive sealants, pressure sensitive adhesives and hot melts.
