Pearlstick™ 45-40/08 by Lubrizol is an elastic, linear, aromatic, polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU. It shows good hydrolysis resistance. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints. Pearlstick™ 45-40/08 exhibits a very high crystallization rate and a medium thermoplasticity level. It is designed for solvent-based adhesives, primers and automotive applications.
