Pearlstick™ 45-90/06

Pearlstick™ 45-90/06 by Lubrizol is a linear, elastic, aromatic polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU with a small amount of anti-adherent in the formulation. It is used for the production of solvent-based adhesives. It shows low crystallization rate and low thermoplasticity level and good hydrolysis resistance. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate to improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints. Its addition to other different types of Pearlstick™ increases their open-times. Pearlstick™ 45-90/06 enables the production of adhesives with a very long open-time, which can be used as one- or two-component adhesives. It is used in primers and automotive industry.
