Pearlstick™ 48-60/03

Pearlstick™ 48-60/03 by Lubrizol is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane with a very high crystallization rate and a medium-low thermoplasticity level. It enables the production of adhesives with high solids content and low viscosity, which are intended for spray application in the automotive industry and with high performances in the green-strength of the joints and temperature resistance. It shows excellent heat resistance and very good freezing resistance. Pearlstick™ 48-60/03 is also used for the production of adhesives for plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC or other materials such as leather, textiles, rubber, etc. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints.
