NISSO-PB (GQ-2000)

Polyfunctional polybutadiene resin with a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group introduced to its main chain through air oxidation of a both-end hydroxyl group-terminated polybutadiene. It is derived by polymerizing butadiene using a living anionic polymerization technique. GQ -2000 curing is done by TP resin, isocyanate curing and heat curing. Offers superior water resistance, chemical resistance, electrical characteristics, mechanical strength as well as heat resistance because its polymer structure is composed of carbon and hydrogen. Also offers high reactivity, excellent storage stability and various derivatives containing functional groups. It can be used as an ingredient for adhesives by combining it with isocyanate compounds.
