Risun 10000D

Risun 10000D by Risun Polymer is a low monol silyl terminated polyether with difunctional methoxy groups. This silane modified STPP resin provides excellent adhesion to metal as well as glass with the range of epoxy and secondary amino silane adhesion promoters offered. It has been developed to take the advantage of high molecular weight polyether polyols which can be reacted as well as capped with silane based chemicals to produce very clear, reactive, stable resin that can be diluted with plasticizers such as mesamoll, DIDP to a level of 80% (ratio plasticizer to resin) with good properties and no residual surface tack. Offers less cross linking and faster cure as well as better adhesion than sealants can be achieved. It is less sensitive to moisture in compounding, but additional vinyl silane and methanol need to be added in compounding. Risun 10000D is used for industrial, construction and windscreen sealants.
