Risun 10000T

Risun 10000T by Risun Polymer is a low monol silyl terminated polyether with trifunctional methoxy groups. This silane modified STPP resin has been developed to take the advantage of high molecular weight polyether polyols which can be reacted as well as capped with silane based chemicals to produce very clear, reactive, stable resin that can be diluted with plasticizers such as mesamoll, DIDP to a level of 80% (ratio plasticizer to resin) with good properties and no residual surface tack. It is protected with vinyl silane and use secondary amino silane adhesion promoters. Its advantage is that this resin is cross linking with DBTDL or amine chemicals and has no isocyanate present. It can be used with solvents and adhesion promoters to produce harder sealants using well known technologies. Risun 10000T can be used to formulate hot melt adhesives and also used in industrial as well as construction sealants.
