Sycoat® 40

Acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It is silicone free and requires no catalyst. Sycoat® 40 is not classified as a hazardous product under DOT or OSHA regulations and does not contain any hazardous components at levels which have implications for labeling under these regulations. Offers slight acrylic odor and stable initial release along with good re-adhesion characteristics that are similar to conventional release systems. Used for the natural and synthetic rubber adhesives that is further used for masking tape applications. Its recommended storage temperature is 16°C to 27°C.
