Discover how Evonik's novel silane oligomer brings crucial benefits as an additive in adhesive and sealant formulations. The environmentally friendly silane oligomer based on a new technology leads to low VOC contribution and can help to avoid labelling of monomeric silanes.
Evonik's highly reactive ethoxy-silane oligomer is an excellent replacement for methoxy-silanes, thus helping to avoid methanol release in various adhesive and sealant formulations.
The high reactivity enables faster curing of adhesives and sealants compared to current market standards. Curing Temperatures can be reduced for these formulations to achieve an improved energy efficiency within the industrial process.
In addition, the new silane oligomer led to high strength and good elasticity of the cured condensation hardening adhesives and sealants.
Discover Evonik's novel silane oligomer solution with excellent adhesion performance, improved mechanical properties and high reactivity in condensation curing adhesives and sealants like SMP and Silicones.
