Resulting Properties
Polyvinyl butyral provides an excellent base polymer for hot melt adhesives. Adhesion is good to all substrates including low energy plastics. This formula can be used for adhering or coating numerous surfaces. Such properties as specific adhesion, flow, melt temperature, setting time, etc. can be widely varied using the concentration ranges given in the formula above.
