BASF declares end to TDI allocation in North America

GEISMAR, LA -- BASF announced the end of the allocation for toluene diisocyanate (TDI) products in North America, effective December 1, 2007. An allocation was initially declared by BASF on November 20, 2007, due to a shortage of a key raw material at its Geismar, Louisiana plant.
