Baulé at Utech Asia/PU China'14: to Present Advanced TDI-ether-based & MDI-based Systems

Baulé will highlight its new generations of TDI-ether-based and MDI-based systems as well as its machinery portfolio at Utech Asia/PU China 2014, stand N2-119.

Baulé enlarged the portfolio with innovative TDI-Ether based systems : TTX systems. This new generation of TDI-Ether based systems develops the following characteristics :
  • hardness : available in 83 ShA, 90 ShA, 93 ShA and 95 ShA
  • mechanical properties : good overall mechanical properties especially tear and abrasion resistance
  • process : easy to handle thanks to a balanced pot-life in each hardness with productive demolding time

The TTX range is the ideal multi-purpose application systems.

The TTX range ideally completes the conventional TDI system range :
  • TDI-Ether based systems : the TT system series are relevant for applications requiring abrasion resistance
  • TDI-Ester based systems : the TD system series are ideal for tear resistance and able to resist to solvents

This TTX range also challenges the performing low-unreacted TDI based systems. Available in both Ether and Ester series, LU-T and LU-D based systems benefits both the worker by reducing the exposure to TDI and the processing thanks to a lower viscosity and a longer pot-life.

Baulé will also introduce a new generation of MDI based systems : MTX systems. This system range combines the advantages of both TDI and MDI based formulations :
  • flexibility : large range of hardness with the same three components
  • properties : good overall mechanical properties (ideal as multi-purpose application system)
  • process : easy to handle (long pot-life) with productive demoulding time (possibility to cast big volume parts)
  • Health & Safety : safer handling (no TDI, no MOCA)

MACHINE HIGHLIGHTS

In a continuous effort to adapt Baulé machines to existing and upcoming moulders' needs, Baulé enhanced the specifications of the machines of all series to develop their productivity and their scope of abilities. The potential of the series has been extended and these New Generation machines offer the following main characteristics:
  • enlarged capabilities : solid fillers processing, larger output range, more formulations stored, etc.
  • improved ergonomics and user-friendliness
  • better machine operation control

On occasion of this improvement, Baulé challenged French designers to input new shapes in the machine design. Without modifying the core of the Baulé machines principles, the new design offers enhanced user-friendliness and ergonomics, harmonious implementation of the machine elements and enables a better integration of the options.

Baulé will also introduce a New Generation 3-component UNIVERSAL machine embedding improved specifications and showing new design.
