Bostik has made three new acquisitions since the beginning of the year.

  • the business of PASO (Germany). PASO manufactures and sells silicone and acrylic sealants, polyurethane foams and various adhesives for the Professional Distribution. The production will be concentrated into our Borgholzhausen site.
  • the business of Sealocrete (UK). Sealocrete manufactures and sells a broad range of adhesives and coatings for the Builders Merchants market. Sealocrete’s product portfolio includes tiling adhesives, cementitious powders, paints, sealants and bitumen-based weatherproofing products. The majority of these products are manufactured in their factory in Rochdale.
  • the business of Wetherby (UK). Wetherby manufactures and sells cementitious tiling and flooring powders to Bostik and other customers in the UK. Wetherby operates a modern powder plant in Dalton, Yorkshire. This plant will manufacture all the powder needs of Bostik in the UK.

These 3 acquisitions represent combined sales of 20 million Euros. We are confident that these acquisitions will enhance and strenghthen our overall business in Germany and in the UK.
