Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. Announces Senior Management Appointments

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. (CSM), formerly the Plastics and Adhesives division of Tyco International, Ltd., announced the appointment of two new members to its senior management team.

David S. Graziosi has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Graziosi has a broad international financial background including extensive chemical and material industry experience and was most recently, Vice President, Finance - Epoxy Resins and Precursors at Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc. Mr. Graziosi was formerly EVP and CFO of Resolution Performance Products, LLC and VP and CFO of General Chemical Industrial Products, Inc. Mr. Graziosi is a CPA and holds an MBA from Rutgers University. Mr. Graziosi is replacing Rick Greene as Chief Financial Officer.

Gail E. Lehman has been appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms Lehman joins Covalence from Honeywell International Inc. where she was Assistant General Counsel, Treasury and Finance and Assistant Secretary. She has a comprehensive background in commercial, environmental and corporate legal matters. Ms. Lehman received her JD from Rutgers University Law School and clerked for the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry.
