Hong Kong -- Dow Epoxy, a global business
unit of The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliates ("Dow"), announced a price
increase for Epichlorohydrin in Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa. Effective
December 1, or as contract terms allow, prices for Epichlorohydrin in the regions
will increase by US$100 per metric ton. All other terms and conditions of sale
for these products remain unchanged. The increase is primarily
driven by the global supply/demand conditions for this product. About
