H.B. Fuller Appoints Corporate Officers

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL - News) announced that Timothy Keenan has been appointed general counsel and corporate secretary, and Cheryl Reinitz has been appointed vice president and treasurer, effective Dec. 1, 2005.

Keenan has served as deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary since joining the company in August 2004. Prior to that time, he was senior attorney and assistant secretary at International Multifoods Corp. He has also worked as an associate attorney for the Briggs & Morgan law firm in St. Paul, Minn. Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., and a doctorate in law from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

Reinitz began her career with H.B. Fuller as international tax manager in 1991, and since 2000 has served as director of tax. In addition to her experience with H.B. Fuller, she has held a variety of positions, including director of international tax services for PricewaterhouseCoopers and director of global taxes for Honeywell Inc. Reinitz earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn., and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.
