H.B. Fuller Closes Acquisition of Henkel's Insulating Glass Sealant Business

ST. PAUL, Minn.-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL - News) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Henkel KGaA's insulating glass sealant (IGS) business. Henkel's IGS business is now part of H.B. Fuller's Window division and its financial results will be consolidated within the Full-Valu / Specialty Group segment.
