Kraton will showcase SBS and SIS polymers that provide stretch functionality for personal care product designs. Two examples of these polymers are: elastic films for the comfortable fit desired at the waist and hips to prevent leaks and elastic attachment adhesives designed to adhere elastic threads to polyolefin nonwovens and films. Polymer modification grades will also be available to enhance flexibility, impact or dampening. This portfolio of polymer solutions is constructed to enhance the performance of everyday products for applications such as personal hygiene, medical and consumer products.

"We believe customer engagement is critical to our success, which is why it is so important to be a part of events such as IDEA," said Robert Gregan, vice president of Sales for Performance Products. "As a long-time leader in the manufacture of styrenic block copolymers used in the personal care industry, we believe our innovation gives our customers a true competitive advantage."
