EXTON, Pa. -- Global specialty chemicals manufacturer
Sartomer
Company will increase the price of its hydrocarbon resin product line
in the Americas
effective July 1, or as contracts allow. Sartomer's Wingtack®
C5 Resins will increase 5
cents per pound and its Norsolene® C9 resins will increase 3 cents
per pound.
The increase is attributed to the growing demand and
the investment in new technology to
meet that demand.
Wingtack and Norsolene resins are used in a variety of pressure-sensitive
and hot-melt
applications. The products are manufactured in Beaumont and Channelview,
Texas,
respectively.

a U.S.-based manufacturer of
