EXTON, Pa. -- Global specialty chemicals manufacturer Sartomer Company will increase the list and off-list prices of its Norsolene® hydrocarbon resins by six cents per pound as of May 1, 2005.

This increase is due to the continuing rising costs of raw materials and energy, as well as increasing costs associated with environmental, regulatory, and safety issues. Sartomer's Norsolene hydrocarbon resins are used as raw materials for coatings, adhesives, inks, elastomers, and other applications.
