Sika’s acquisition of Sucoflex completed

Sika's acquisition of the Huber+Suhner Group's roofing and waterproofing business unit Sucoflex, announced in January 2006, was completed on May 1, 2006.

The acquired business unit Sucoflex, located in Pfäffikon in the canton of Zurich, manufactures and sells building waterproofing products, including sealing strips for facades, joints and wet rooms, as well as high-quality roofing membranes.
