Transene offers SSE Self-Catalyzed Silicone Elastomer

Transene Co. manufactures SSE Self-Catalyzed Silicone Elastomer, an elastomer designed to stabilize semiconductor junctions and surfaces and for environmental protection of electronic components, such as diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, and thick or thin film microelectronic modules.

Available with customized viscosities, SSE is a single component, opaque white silicone providing excellent moisture barrier, mechanical vibration, and electrical properties over a wide operating temperature range (-65 degrees C to 275 degrees C).
