Creative Materials has launched 128-17A/B, a fast curing electrically conductive adhesive for the electronic industry. The adhesive is a two-component silver filled adhesive that cures at room temperature. The working life after mixing the components is 5 minutes at 25°C and the product can be handled in 30 minutes.
Fast Set-up Time for Rapid Processing
The typical end uses of 128-17A/B adhesive include electrical and mechanical attachments on electrical components and devices. A key feature is a fast set-up time which allows for rapid processing and repair in a variety of applications. 128-17A/B has thermal stability up 180°C and tensile strength >400 psi.
