GLUETEC launches WELDYX MASTER 10 WHITE, a high-performance two-component methyl methacrylate adhesive. The adhesive properties are adapted for the requirements of industrial applications. The adhesive has a processing time of 5, 10 and 15 minutes.
High-Strength and Flexible MMA
The adhesive has a mixing ratio of 10:1 and offers low shrinkage. The product is specially developed for structural, high-strength, flexible and highly resistant bonding of metals, composites and plastics.
WELDYX MASTER 10 WHITE scores with three reaction times, which enable the user to achieve precise bonding within the desired time window. The adhesive does not require primer.
Suitable for Vehicle Construction and Production
GLUETEC’s WELDYX MASTER 10 WHITE is ideal for vehicle construction, production and repair, bonding of materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion, bonding and sealing of interior and exterior vehicle components
The adhesive has a high gap filling capacity (0.25 to 15 mm) with above average elongation properties (approx. 100 percent). It offers high final strength even without pre-treatment. GLUETEC WELDYX MASTER 10 WHITE leaves no marking of the glued joint. The product does not run-off on vertical surfaces. The adhesive offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and many chemicals. The MMA is resistance to high dynamic shock and vibration.
