Premier Building Solutions launches XtraBond®9500, a multi-purpose advanced polymer sealant for building and construction application.
The product’s one component design ensures that it cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable bond and can be applied in a wide range of temperature and weather conditions (-40° F to 140° F).
XtraBond® product is part of Premier’s “Green Advantage” Program.
No Solvents with Low-VOC
XtraBond®9500 is engineered to deliver aggressive adhesion with common construction substrates, while ensuring complete compatibility – even with rubberized asphalt flashing and other flexible plastic building materials.
XtraBond®9500 contains no solvents and very low volatile organic compounds (VOCs,) so it is easy on the environment. The product comes in many standard colors, and can be custom color-matched.
XtraBond®9500 is engineered for many applications, including perimeter sealing of windows, doors & skylights, sealing waterproof membrane, construction flashing and industrial siding.
The product is designed, engineered and manufactured for the following industries, such as residential construction, commercial construction, remodel construction, truck & trailer and flooring.
XtraBond®9500 conforms to the requirements of ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A, Federal Specification TT-S-00230C Type II, Class A, AAMA 802.3-16 Type II, 803.3-16 Type I, 808.3-16, NSF Nonfood Compounds Category Code P1.
The material is to be stored under controlled dry environment (below 75° F) and to be used within 10 months from date of manufacture.
