Solvent- free proprietary mixture of methacrylate mono- and di-phosphate ester. Used as UV-curable additive, polymerizable hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant and/or co-polymerizable plasticizer. Suitable for polyesters, polyacrylates and polyvinylchlorides. Used in adhesives.
