Vikoflex® 7170 Epoxidized Vegetable Oil by Arkema is a true polymeric epoxidized soybean oil plasticizer. Used in plastisols and organosols for molding, dipping, and casting applications and in gasketing. Provides heat and light stabilization of all flexible, semi-rigid and rigid PVC compounds. Exhibits low viscosity, volatility, low styrene and lacquer mar. Offers pigment dispersion as an outstanding grinding liquid, acid acceptance in chlorinated hydrocarbons, phosphoric acid esters and natural resins. Vikoflex® 7170 Epoxidized Vegetable Oil shows compatibility with all PVC flexible and semi-flexible compounds, PVC and PVA emulsions, chlorinated rubber, nitrocellulose and neoprene.
