Natrosol™ 250 MHWR

Water soluble hydroxyethylcellulose. Used as a viscosity and rheology modifier, protective colloid, water retention agent, stabilizer, and suspending agent, particularly in applications where a nonionic material is desired. Treated to delay hydration of the particles. Offers compatibility with other materials, such as emulsion polymers, natural and synthetic gums, emulsifiers, defoamers. Used as nonionic thickener, water retention aid and rheology modifier in water-based adhesives. Imparts very good flow properties. Performs in the emulsion and suspension polymerization of many vinyl polymers. Applications : tile, wallpaper, latex and plywood adhesives.
