Attagel® 30

Attagel® 30 is an intermediate, specialty attapulgite by BASF. Used as a very good thixotropic thickening agent for water-borne and solvent systems in adhesives, sealants and caulks. Provides sag resistance, viscosity control, spreadability and very good feathering at low cost. Offers syneresis (liquid separation) control, pigment suspension, good film build and reduced water sensitivity. Attagel® 30 provides chemical and spatter resistance, very good binding and tabletting features and improved extrusion properties.
