Irganox® B 900 FF

Irganox® B 900 FF by BASF is basically a phenol/phosphite blend of 80% Irgafox® 168 and 20% Irganox® 1076. Acts as a processing and long-term thermal stabilizer. Maintains original melt flow and offers low color formation. Irgafox® 168 is an organic phosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis that protects the polymer during processing by decomposing the hydroperoxides. Irganox® B 900 FF is compatible with polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, polycarbonates, polyesters, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, PBT, ABS, PS, UPES, and TPE. Its recommended dosage rate in polyethylene and ethylene co-polymers is 0.1-0.25%. Irganox® B 900 FF is approved for food contact applications. It is registered in Australia, Canada, China, EU, Japan, Korea, Philippines and USA.
