Bionox 1076 by Bioray Chem is octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert.butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant. Used in polymer processing, reducing viscosity changing and gel formation. Provides long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during store as well as use of end-products. Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with BIONOX 168 and other secondary antioxidants. Also acts as an excellent stabilizer. Bionox 1076 can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal or light stabilization in out door use.
