Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Brüggemann
BRUGGOLITE® E28 by Brüggemann is a sodium salt of organic derivatives of sulfinic and sulfonic acid. It is a formaldehyde-free reducing agent for emulsion polymerization at low pH conditions. It exhibits good alkaline resistance. It can be used in redox systems in combination with all commonly used oxidizing agents. It can be applied in solution at a concentration of 3-5% and at reaction temperature between 30-80°C. It provides increased reactivity and improved properties for end product polymers and lattices. It offers faster reactions, decreased VOC & residual monomer content, no discoloration of latex and better filtration of emulsion polymer. BRUGGOLITE® E28 is recommended for adhesives. It complies with FDA 175.105 regulation. Its shelf life is 12 months when stored at 25°C.
