BRUGGOLITE® FF6 M

BRUGGOLITE® FF6 M by Brüggemann acts as a reducing agent for emulsion polymerization. It is a sodium salt of an organic sulfinic acid derivative. It can be used in redox systems in combination with all commonly used oxidizing agents. Designed for pressure sensitive adhesives. It is typically applied in solution at a concentration of 3-5%. Exhibits decrease of VOC’s & residual monomer content and better filtration of emulsion polymer. Provides good alkaline and acid decomposition resistance. BRUGGOLITE® FF6 M shows increased reactivity, faster reactions and higher safety due to reproducible performance. Compatible with PCE, acrylic & acrylic ester latex, X-SBR and X-NBR, ePVC, PVDC, PVDF, ABS and specialty copolymers. Also suitable for VAE, PVAC, vinyl acetate- acrylic & maleic copolymers, polyacrylate, acrylic and styrene acrylic copolymer. Recommended at a dosage level of 0.05-0.2% on total formulation for post polymerization. BRUGGOLITE® FF6 M complies with FDA §175.105 and §175.125 regulations. It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored dry at 25°C.
