BYK® -3771

BYK®-3771 by BYK is solvent-free, polyether-modified, hydroxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane by BYK. It is a highly effective, surface additive that provides a strong reduction in surface tension. It offers improved wetting on critical substrates. It exhibits OH functionality that allows it to be incorporated into the adhesive matrix. BYK®-3771 shows good compatibility and forms highly transparent adhesives without turbidity. It is suitable for sealants and UV-crosslinking adhesive systems. It is SVHC label-free grade. The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-1% based on the total formulation.
