DISPERBYK® -194

Solution of a copolymer with pigment affinic groups. Acts as wetting and dispersing agent. It deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization of the pigments and fillers. Disperbyk® -194 reduces viscosity; subsequently, leveling is improved and higher pigment loading is possible. It is suitable for aqueous adhesives and recommended for epoxy, PUR systems. Its recommended levels are 15 - 35% inorganic pigments, 7 - 13% titanium dioxide, 30 – 90% organic pigments, 100 - 150% carbon blacks and 1 – 3% fillers.
