BYK® -1630

BYK®-1630 by BYK acts as a defoamer. It is an APEO- & VOC-free (<1500 ppm), silicone containing, blend of paraffin-based mineral oils and hydrophobic components. It is recommended for sealants and dispersion adhesives such as acrylate, polyurethane and polyvinyl alcohol dispersions. BYK®-1630 shows good storage stability. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-0.5% based on total formulations.
