Hostanox® PAR 62 Pwd by Clariant is non-halogenated flame retardant with the main component ammonium polyphosphate. It develops its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism.

Hostanox® PAR 62 Pwd is effective in thermoplastic polyolefins (e.g. polyolefin hotmelts), urethanes (e.g. integral skin foams, rigid foams, sealants), and epoxy resins (adhesives, sealants, structural laminates, gel coats).
