B-Tough™ A1 by Cargill is an epoxy functional, reactive toughening agent. It provides impact strength to structural adhesives without impacting the hardness of the matrix. It enhances durability by absorbing microcracks caused by aging and thermal shock. It protects substrates from moisture diffusion, extending the lifetime of the substrate. It provides excellent stability and improved adhesion after humid aging. B-Tough™ A1 is used in adhesives and sealants.
