Tyzor® TnBT by Dorf Ketal is a flammable, highly reactive, organic alkoxy tetra-n-butyl titanate with 100 % active content. Acts as a Lewis acid catalyst in processes such as esterification, transesterification, condensation, and addition. Shows high sensitivity to moisture. Tyzor® TnBT is used as an additive in silicone and acrylate adhesives and RTV sealants. Also, it can be used for crosslinking in nonaqueous systems, catalysis, surface modification, and adhesion promotion.
