DOWFAX™ 81N13 Nonionic Surfactant by Dow is linear EO/PO block copolymer-based foam control agent. It is produced by polymerizing ethylene oxide (EO), propylene oxide (PO), and/or butylene oxide (BO) in the same molecule. DOWFAX™ 81N13 Nonionic Surfactant possesses low foam characteristics and inverse water solubility. The optimum operating temperature range is +/- 10°C of the surfactant’s cloud point in that system.
