Melamine

Melamine by DSM is triamino-triazine (>99.8%). Acts as a flame retardant. Exhibits resistance to heat & physical- or chemical- degradation, and enhances hardness, gloss and scratch-resistance of surfaces. Applications include laminates, plywood, glues for wood-based panels, particle board (PB), medium density fiberboard (MDF), oriented strand board (OSB) and beams. Melamine is cost effective, easy to use and moisture-resistant.
