Piccolastic™ D125

Piccolastic™ D125 by Synthomer is a high molecular weight, light colored, non-polar hydrocarbon resin made from pure styrenic monomer. Acts as a tackifier. Possesses hardness, toughness, some wetting qualities and is readily workable. Exhibits excellent resistance to water, chemicals, shock, oil and grease. It is compatible with EVA grades with upto 20% vinyl acetate and will improve heat resistance and melt viscosity of the system. Used in caulks & sealants, hot melt adhesives and solvent-borne adhesives. Piccolastic™ D125 complies with FDA regulations for applications involving direct contact with food.
