Piccotac™ 1020 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer functions as an aliphatic, low molecular weight tackifier. It is stabilized with 0.1% antioxidant. Exhibits moisture resistance, good heat & light stability, very good balance of tack and adhesive properties. Offers increased tack, reduced viscosity and good adhesion to styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) block copolymers. Piccotac™ 1020 Hydrocarbon Resin is used in hot-melt adhesives, pressure sensitive and solvent-borne adhesives.
