Regalite™ S1100

Regalite™ S1100 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a low molecular weight, fully hydrogenated thermoplastic resin derived from petrochemical feedstock. It is especially designed as a tackifier in hot-melt adhesives requiring good color retention upon aging. Suitable for case & carton sealing closings, bookbinding, hygiene, non food contact & specialty tapes, labels and packaging. Used in caulks & sealants, pressure sensitive adhesives and solvent-borne adhesives. Exhibits very light color, excellent adhesion, and good resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation. Compatible with natural & synthetic rubbers, EVA, EBA, APAO, SIS block copolymers, SBS and SIBS block copolymers. Also compatible with SEBS & SEPS block copolymers, PE, PP, PIB, OBC, mPE (metallocene catalysed polyethylene) and TPE. Regalite™ S1100 complies with the requirements of U.S.FDA CFR 21 175.105, 175.125, 176.170, 176.180 and 177.2600, BfR Chapter XXV, European Toy Safety Legislation 88/378/EEC, European Standard CEN EN 71 (Part 3) and EINECS.
