Tacolyn™ 5070 by Synthomer is an anionic aliphatic hydrocarbon dispersion prepared from a low molecular weight, aliphatic C5 hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a general purpose isoprene and natural rubber tackifier. Used in pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes, labels and water-borne adhesives. Exhibits good storage and mechanical stability. Tacolyn™ 5070 is highly resistant to acids & alkalies and promotes low peel. It has a shelf life of 243 days.
