Tacolyn™ 5085 by Synthomer is an aliphatic hydrocarbon resin dispersion. Acts as a tackifier for isoprene rubber and natural rubber latex polymers used in tape applications. Maintains good peel control and offers resistance to acids & alkalies. Tacolyn™ 5085 is used in pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes, labels and water-borne adhesives. It has a shelf life of 274 days.
