Tacolyn™ 3179 H

Tacolyn™ 3179 H by Synthomer is an anionic, aqueous, 50% solids, solvent-free dispersion of a stabilized rosin ester. Designed for use as a tackifier. Provides good color retention, excellent pigment wetting, inherent tackiness and is free of protective colloids. Offers improved adhesion to PE and PP packaging substrates. Shows resistance to acids and alkalis. Used in pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes, labels and water-borne adhesives. Tacolyn™ 3179 H complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105, European Standard CEN EN 71, Part 3 and EINECS.
