DABCO® DC 5 LE by Evonik is a low-emission delayed action co-catalyst that strongly promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction while maintaining cream time and maintaining pot life. It does not contribute to amine emissions and is used to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278. DABCO® DC 5 LE exhibits formulation latitude allowing for a broad use level range to adjust to desired processing and reactivity requirements.
