DICYANEX® 1400F

DICYANEX® 1400F by Evonik acts as a latent curing agent for epoxy resins. Provides easy variation of activation temperature from 180°C-95°C with appropriate accelerator selection. It is easily dispersed in liquid resins. It is a micronized grade of dicyandiamide containing 3.5% of an inert flow control additive to inhibit clumping and improve handling. Used for one component adhesives application. Recommended dosage level of DICYANEX® 1400F is 4-15 phr with bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (EEW=190). It has a shelf life of 24 months.
